Introduction:

Aiffa Apparels launched around 6 months back before we onboarded (March 2021) the Brand. Previously, the Brand was promoting their products organically on Facebook & Instagram. They saw good response from boosting some of their posts on social media so they decided to expand their business, PAN India. Initially, their target was to get around 15 orders/day as the manpower was less but we over-achieved the targets so they had to increase the manpower to deliver more orders PAN India.

Challenges: The clothing industry is highly competitive in India. Major Brands like Amazon, FlipKart, Myntra where vendors are selling products at very competitive price. It was hard to penetrate the market.

Solution:

Aiffa and StepUp team worked closely together to launch Facebook Ads for the Brand. StepUp team suggested a list of highly targeted audiences since the budget was less for the first month whereas Aiffa team helped us with the list of 20 bestselling products to go live with the carousel ads in top of funnel campaigns. Aiffa team helped us with good creatives whereas they reached out to local influencers as well to try their products which give us more edge over the competition. Since, they were boosting some of their posts earlier without setting up any Facebook Pixel, we created custom audiences of both Facebook and Instagram engagers which performed very well. Initially, the Brand launched only women collection but within 1.5 years they launched men collection as well.

Introduction:

T-Black launched around a month back we onboarded the Brand. They were offering black collection of unisex t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. They wanted to promote the Brand throughout India but the budget was very less as it was run by an undergraduate college student. The Brand was promoting their products organically on social media and boosting some of their posts on Instagram. The goal for first 3 months was to build awareness and maintain no profit no loss situation to survive.

Challenges: The clothing industry is highly competitive in India. Major Brands like Bewakoof, Amazon, FlipKart, Myntra where vendors are selling products at very competitive price. It was hard to penetrate the market.

Solution:

T-Black and StepUp team worked closely together to launch Facebook Ads for the Brand. After first six months of launching this Brand, we had good enough data to analyse the performance of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities based on which we excluded some of the cities from the campaigns which were not driving results.

Introduction:

UCAM India wanted to promote CNC rotary tables mainly in the tier 1 cities. Some other agency was handling their account previously but the lead cost was too high and CTR was below 5% even after targeting Brand keywords. The goal was to generate leads below the planned CPL.

Results: Reduced overall CPL by -54% in first three months (Dec 2021 – Feb 2022) which was also -27% less than the planned CPL

Challenges: We had no experience running ads for machine tools industry so it was difficult for us to understand the products and suggesting ad copies/extensions fulfilling users’ intent.

Solution:

We planned to restructure the ad account as the keywords were not mapped intent-wise into the ad groups because of which the quality score and ad relevance was very poor. We conducted intense keyword research and extracted relevant search terms from the platform with search volume. We further bifurcated the keywords into different ad groups to show them the most relevant ads. Addition of personalised extensions at ad group level helped us achieve a CTR of 7.98% from non-brand campaigns.

Introduction:

Before we joined Muskurahat foundation was getting max 2x ROAS from their advertising campaigns though the Cost per lead was good but the qulaity of leads was very bad which caused so less ROAS. In order to keep their advertising activity running they needed at least a ROAS of 3.5x.

Challenges: Improving ROAS and number of leads by 200-300% at the same time, The previous advertising and user data of visitors on website was not of good quality so we needed to start from scratch

Solution:

We worked hard with their team to identify best group of audiences, We ran many test campaigns in start and closely monitored lead quality and cpl. after a month’s of time we were able to identify winning audiences, keywords and ads. We scaled those campaigns and started seeing a good increase in the numbers.

Framekro launched a new brand related to anime and frames online selling in India. after 4 months of their launch they saw good feedback for products so wanted to expand further through online ads. target was to achieve a target of 4+ ROAS

Results: Reduced overall ROAS of 5.4 in the 6th month. constant ROAS of 4+ achieved averagely every month

Challenges: In the particular industry catalog ads were not working so we had to scale all our efforts for video ads. Most high valued products were only available on prepaid orders

Solution:

Intensive testing for different type of video ads. Many schemes were suggested and discussed with client to allow COD as the brand is new while giving good reasons to the customers to order prepaid.
